SiVibes Top 5: Summer Gaming Drinks

With temperatures rising let me share with you my five favorite Summer ‘go to’ gaming session drinks of 2023.

Chilled Coffee

You might have noticed the recent insurgence of cheaper by the dozen chilled coffees. Most multi-buys are any 3 for £3. Majority come in three or four standard flavors, one thankfully usually being caramel – This is the that receives all my love.

Please treat yourself kindly, and do not drink these at room temperature.

Fanta Fruit Twist

This classic fruit twist is best served chilled, and makes for a great mixer too! The sweet hit from the passion fruit, peach and orange, always reminds me of the crazy days of OG Sunny D.

G Fuel Crash Bandicoot 

This Wumpa inspired 473ml can is packed with a loud and tasy apple and mango vibe – Best enjoyed chilled or over ice. 

There is a powder version however the can version you may consume two a day, whereas with the powder equivalent you may only have one portion per day.

I hope a new Mortal Kombat range come about later this year in time for Mortal Kombat 1. Be sure to keep an eye out when visiting your next con as G Fuel occasionally attend and offer tasters!

Rubicon Mango

If you know me, two cans of Mango Rubicon transforms me into a full on hyperactive squirrel. Each can usually has around 17%, 15g of sugar – There is no need to add alcohol here.

This is one drink you have to enjoy chilled as the base ingredient is mango purée.

Evian Water

We saved the best to last. 

I personally get bored of drinking water, however one day @Cherebi told me to stop messing about with all the other brands and just hit up Evian, and since then I have never looked back!

Evian can be enjoyed at any temperature, and I can easily say that I will drink 1.5l before midday every day.

I believe the reason for Evian’s enjoyable taste is due to the naturally occurring electrolytes. It also contains a great source of calcium, sulfate, potassium and magnesium. These can contribute to assisting with your own mental well-being as well as caring for your body.
